Clock Management is Second Nature
Think of all the times you look at a clock. When you wake up, you look at the clock. When you get out of the shower, you look at the clock. When you get in the car, you look at the clock. Officiating is no different. This article talks about the intangible attribute for all officials of knowing what happens and when in a game.
